On October 25th, Almazov Centre hosted the Scientific and Practical Conference, themed “Clinical Lymphology: Interdisciplinary Aspects of Diagnosis and Treatment of Various Diseases”.
The event was held as part of the program of the WCRC for Personalized Medicine with support from the Russian Ministry of Science and Higher Education.
The conference provided a forum for discussing the importance of clinical lymphology, a field of medicine that integrates clinical traditions, basic research and cutting-edge technologies.
The Conference addressed the challenges of an interdisciplinary approach to the study of various conditions. It brought together specialists from different fields including lymphology, oncology, surgery, vascular surgery, internal diseases, neurology, rehabilitation medicine to exchange experiences and strengthen professional ties.
The programme included lectures on key issues in clinical lymphology, including new approaches and current research in oncology, new technologies in surgery, medical rehabilitation, innovations in angiology and vascular surgery, multidisciplinary approach in modern lymphology.
