Prof. Evgeny Shlyakhto, Director General of the Federal Almazov North-West Medical Research Center, Academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences, President of the Russian Society of Cardiology, Chief Cardiologist of St. Petersburg and North-West Federal District was awarded the title of “Honourary Doctor” of the National Pirogov Medical Surgical Centre.
The medal of this honourary title was presented at the official ceremony by the Chairman of the Academic Council and President of the Pirogov Center Prof. Yury Shevchenko.
