On July 12, Academician Alexander Sergeyev, the President of the Russian Academy of Sciences visited the Almazov Centre — one of the Russia’s largest versatile healthcare facilities that employs more than 7,000 staff members and is a training site for more than 2,000 medical professionals.
The President of the Russian Academy of Sciences visited the Preclinical Translational Research Centre, the Institute of Molecular Biology and Genetics, clinical divisions and the PET imaging centre.
After the overview tour, Alexander Sergeyev met with the leading scientists from the Almazov Centre.
