From February 27 to February 29, Almazov Centre hosted the first PhD course with international participation, Concept of Leadership in Healthcare.
For three days, participants discussed innovations in the field of cardiology, the basics of evidence-based medicine, the future of healthcare, presented their own research and proposed new projects that could improve the quality of medical care.
Master classes organized as part of the course were devoted to the development of leadership and management skills.
The event brought together young doctors from the regions of Russia and the CIS countries, as well as leading specialists of Almazov Centre.
The course provided an excellent platform for the exchange of experience and a source of motivation for both participants and organizers, as well as the basis for future joint projects and initiatives.
