Svetlana Nikolaenko
Senior researcher of the Group of infectious pathologies.
In 1989 she graduated from the First Leningrad Medical Institute (St. Petersburg Pavlov State Medical University), specialty “General Medicine”.
From 1989 to 1993 she studied in clinical internship and from 1993 to 1997 in graduate school at the Department of Infectious Diseases and Epidemiology of First Leningrad Medical Institute, at the specialty “Infectious diseases”.
In 1998 Dr. Nikolaenko defended her thesis for the degree of candidate of medical sciences.
Since 2001, She is a Senior Researcher at the laboratory of chronic viral infections, St. Petersburg Pavlov State Medical University. Since 2007 she is a Senior Researcher of Federal Almazov Medical Research Centre.
Svetlana Nikolaenko is the author of more than 30 publications in national and international journals.
