Andrey Bautin

Head of the Research Laboratory of Anesthesiology and Intensive Care, PhD

In 1992, Andrey Evgenievich graduated from Pavlov State Medical University in “General Medicine” specialization. After the University he graduated from clinical internship in “Anesthesiology and Intensive Care” at Pavlov State Medical University.
In 1998, Dr. Bautin defended his thesis on the theme “Nasopharyngeal airway and laryngeal mask anesthesia in surgical interventions to burned patients”.

Research interests now are clinical cardioprotection, pulmonary hypertension in the pathology of the left heart chambers, postoperative respiratory failure.

Andrey Bautin is the member of St. Petersburg Society of Anesthesiology and Resuscitation. 21 works of Andrey Bautin are registered in the Russian list of journals indexed.
