On October 18, the delegation from the Chuvash Republic led by Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Health of the Chuvash Republic Vladimir Viktorov visited Almazov Centre.
Director General of Almazov Centre Evgeny Shlyakhto presented to the guests the activities of the Centre, its development strategy as a leading research and clinical facility providing high-tech medical care as well as a medical research and educational centre in Russia.
The guests toured the Centre and visited its facilities: the Institute of Molecular Biology and Genetics, Hybrid and MRI ORs, ICU, Telemedicine Centre, simulation training centre, delivery department, NICU, lipid centre, anticoagulation room, CHF unit, PET Centre, Children’s Rehabilitation Clinic and Preclinical Translational Research Centre.
The guests highly praised the clinical and laboratory facilities of Almazov Centre and expressed their hope for further cooperation.
